Please read this policy carefully prior to making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at desirefoods2023@gmail.com or call us at 8712356782 to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred, and we cannot recall a package once it has been dispatched with our courier partner.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns based on a change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following specific scenarios, at the sole discretion of Desire Foods:

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Leaking Product: If the product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to an error in packing.
  • Quality Issue: If the product arrives in a condition that is unusable due to a verifiable fault from our end.

3. Mandatory Process for Refund/Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear video evidence. Claims submitted without this evidence will not be processed.

If your order falls under one of the eligible scenarios above, you must:

  1. Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Mandatory Video Evidence: You are required to send an uninterrupted video that clearly shows:
    • The original, unopened package with the shipping label visible.
    • The sealed condition of the product box/packaging before opening.
    • The entire process of opening the package without any cuts or pauses.
    • A clear view of the damage, defect, or wrong item inside.
  3. Provide Details: Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue in your email.

Upon receiving your request and successfully validating the video evidence, we will guide you through the next steps, which will be either:

  • replacement of the defective or incorrect product, or
  • A full or partial refund to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product’s taste.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
  • Failure to receive the delivery due to the customer’s unavailability at the provided address.
  • Minor variations in product color or texture, which are natural in pure, raw honey.
  • Claims made without the mandatory unboxing video proof.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any legal issues or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
